Pazylbek Bisenbayev was born on July 18, 1964 in the village of Ayteke bi of Kazalinsky district of Kyzylorda region. After graduating from Kazakh secondary school No. 216 named after K. Satpayev in Kazalinsky district, he entered the philological faculty of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov, from which he graduated in 1990. After graduation, as a junior researcher at the M. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he participates in the preparation of multi-volume books published in the series "Kazakh folk literature". Teaching activity of Pazylbek Bisenbayev at the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University begins in 1993. He is the author of textbooks "Historical songs", "Historical songs of the XIX century", "Historical and folklore samples about Kenesary-Nauryzbai", "Eastern Kissa-dastans: variants and typology", "Kissa-dastans about Zhusup" and one of the compilers of the books "Kazakh archaic epic", "Abai", published under the program of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and he is also one of the compilers of the collection "Nysanbai Zhyrau" and the fifty-volume collection " Abaytanu". In addition, the monograph "Zhusup- Zylikha: traditions and innovations", about two hundred scientific and educational articles were published. In 2010-2016, P. Bisenbayev worked as a translator and editor at the Kazakhfilm Film Studio named after Sh.Aimanov, scientific editor of the journal "Bulletin of the Abai Institute", editor-in-chief of the Abai website inst.kz .
